Considering the growing influence of social media in the Bundesliga, I asked myself back in 2017 why all this shouldn’t be possible in the „Landesklasse Nord“, one of the lowest leagues in Germany’s state of Brandenburg. That was when I noticed that the local football club in my grandparents‘ village had no social media presence at all. I instantly went to change that.
To bring the project to life, photo and video recordings were made on matchdays and carefully edited afterward. Using an existing selection of images and an individual design strategy, high-quality results were achieved. Our content was published on various social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to maximize results whithin our target group and reach a professional match-day appearance.
The project successfully created high-quality content with a Bundesliga-like appearance, drawing regional attention. This led to increased inquiries from neighboring clubs, who also wanted to benefit from this public presence – a significant milestone in my personal work on this topic.
